About Image Converter
The Image Converter converts images between different formats with quality control.
- PNG: Lossless compression, supports transparency
- JPG: Lossy compression, great for photos
- WebP: Modern format with excellent compression
- BMP: Uncompressed bitmap format
- HEIC: Apple's high-efficiency format (input only)
- GIF: Supported as input format
Note: Transparency is lost when converting to JPG - a background color is used instead.
